Milo’s Star is named after my puppy. This star block finishes at 12″. Have fun with the large centre block. You can use a gorgeous focus fabric, or piece something unique. This block was completed for the Fat Quarter Stars Quilt-Along hosted by Moose on the Porch Quilts.

I turned my block into a mini quilt for my niece Lucy’s 6th birthday. I added a 1/2" finished hot pink border and a 2" green border to make my mini quilt. I finished the mini quilt with hot pink binding. The sashing looks crooked in the photos only.
